Shipping & Returns

Our aim is to have your order with you as soon as we can – all standard unframed orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. You will receive a notification email when your order has been sent. Please see below for bespoke and framed order dispatch times.

* Please note that framed orders need to be placed by 14th December for delivery before Christmas*

Shipping Times

When your order has left our studio, the approximate Royal Mail delivery estimates are:
UK: 1–3 working days
Europe: 3–8 working days
Outside Europe: 5-15 working days

UK Next Day service

If you’d like your order sent on a UK next day service (for an additional £5) please contact or call 01462 456 655 before 11am on the day of dispatch.


International Couriers

We are happy to arrange international couriers if you’d like your items sooner. Please contact with your order and address details and she’ll happily provide a quote.


Framing and Customisation

If you have ordered a personalised artwork or bespoke framing your order will take a little longer while we customise it for you. It’s usually no more than 5 working days for a framed print and 10 working days for a customised print from order to dispatch. Please note that as these products are made to order, they are non-refundable.


Bank Holidays

We don’t dispatch on bank holidays and during the period between Christmas and New Year (generally Christmas Day – 2nd January) 

Sending to a work address

For our prints and wallpaper we use a trackable service, so items may require a signature on arrival. We are happy to send to a work address if this makes life easier for you, please just include these shipping details when placing your order.


Returns & Refunds

Our products usually arrive in pristine condition and match or exceed our customers' expectations. So, in the very unlikely event your product should arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know within 48 hours and we will gladly send you a replacement. Please note that wallpaper is non-refundable once rolls are opened or hung. Frames are made to order and are therefore non-refundable unless damaged.


If you are returning your order for any other reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 Act you are entitled to a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for return, and tell us if you would like a refund or exchange.

Please retain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in transit. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.
